[Important] Beware of Suspicious Messages (WhatsApp, Emails, etc.) Impersonating Booking.com

We have confirmed that some guests of “Villa Sachibaru” have also received these suspicious messages via WhatsApp, email, and other channels. These messages appear to be booking confirmations but actually request the entry of credit card information or contain links directing to phishing websites.

If you receive any suspicious messages as described above, please do not click on any links provided. Please note that our property will never contact you directly via email or SNS to request such information.

We are currently in the process of confirming the details of this matter with Booking.com. As an immediate security measure, Villa Sachibaru has already taken necessary actions, including changing the login passwords for the Booking.com management system.
